Civil society in West Africa come together for change!

Civil society representatives will join forces to strengthen francophone networks and to hold governments accountable to their water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) commitments throughout West Africa. 
Next week, from 24 to 26 January, in Cotonou, Benin, a diverse group of francophone civil society organisations (CSO) from West Africa will participate in a workshop for structuring and reinforcing advocacy and collaboration in the region.

Please join the Sanitation and Water for All (SWA) partnership for the upcoming webinar which will focus on the 2017 High-level Meetings. The webinar will take place on 23 November 2016 at 6am (New York), a time slot that will probably work best for those in Asia and the Pacific. There will be a repeat at 9 am (New York time).

Announcement: SWA Northern CSO constituency elections completed

End Water Poverty would like to pass on a big thank you to all of the members of the Northern constituency, both within End Water Poverty and Millennium Water Alliance who voted in the recent elections for the new Sanitation and Water for All Partnership's Steering Committee representative for the Northern countries - we really appreciate your engagement, particularly given the short time frame available to us.
We would also like to thank the three candidates who stood for election - Thilo Panzerbieter, Dennis Warner and Uzo Klein Leugemors.

Attention: Upcoming SWA Northern CSO regional elections

The Sanitation and Water for All Partnership (SWA) is currently holding elections for their steering committee. The SWA Steering Committee is the body that oversees and guides the SWA Partnership and is comprised of 17-28 members with representatives from each of SWA’s constituencies (these include countries, external support agencies, CSOs, the private sector, research and learning institutions and CBOs).
Currently there are 3 Civil Society Organisation (CSO) representatives on the committee and these posts are now up for election.
